Love Laugh Refund & Returns Policy 

1. Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

2. Report Issues Within 24 Hours
If your arrangement is:
• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Missing items

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp with:

📸 Clear photos
🧾 Order number

3. Quality Claims
If we confirm a quality issue affecting the entire order, we will:

✔ Replace the item
OR
✔ Issue a refund at our discretion

4. Proof and Inspection
Photos are required. Without them, we cannot process replacement or refund requests.

5. Delivery Exceptions
We cannot offer refunds if:

📍 Wrong address provided by the customer
📍 Delivery attempt was made and customer wasn’t reachable
📍 Weather or events beyond our control
