* All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

* Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Flower Availability & Substitutions

Due to seasonal and supplier availability, certain flowers or containers may be substituted with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

4. Delivery

* Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

* The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

* We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, weather, traffic, or events beyond our control.

If delivery is attempted and the recipient is unavailable, additional redelivery fees may apply.

* Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet started.

* Same-day or custom orders cannot be cancelled once prepared.

* Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Flowers are perishable items. Care instructions must be followed to ensure longevity. We are not responsible for deterioration due to improper care after delivery.
