We currently deliver from our Ballito and Hillcrest branches within Local Regions of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

We offer local delivery within a defined radius from each store location:

Ballito Branch

• 0–5km radius: Standard local delivery fee

• Extended areas up to 40km available at higher delivery rates

Hillcrest Branch

• 0–5km radius: Standard local delivery fee

• Extended areas available at adjusted rates

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery zone.

⏰ Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before:

12:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

11:00 AM (Saturday)

Orders placed after cut-off times may be delivered the next business day.

Specific time requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Customers must provide:

* Accurate delivery address

* Correct contact number for recipient

If delivery is attempted and the recipient is unavailable:

* The order may be left with reception/security (if appropriate)

* Or returned to store

* A redelivery fee may apply
